1. What is Ready Prep Go?

Ready Prep Go is a healthy meal prep service that provides delicious, high-protein, calorie controlled meals with full calorie and macro breakdowns. Our food is restaurant prepared by professional chefs and contains no preservatives unlike most factory manufactured meals. We deliver fresh, nutritious meals to your doorstep anywhere in Ireland.

2. How does the delivery process work?

We deliver nationwide across Ireland. Once you place your order, your meals are freshly prepared, packaged and delivered straight to your door. 

3. How long does delivery take?

We offer next-day delivery across Ireland if you place your order before 7:00 AM. Orders placed after this time will be delivered within 48 hours.

4. Nationwide delivery order brake down!

Orders received on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be all cooked fresh on Monday and dispatched Monday to arrive at the customer the next day.

Orders received on a Monday will be all cooked fresh on Tuesday and dispatched Tuesday to arrive at the customer the next day.

Orders received on a Tuesday will be all cooked fresh on Wednesday and dispatched Wednesday to arrive at the customer the next day.

Orders received on a Wednesday will be all cooked fresh on Thursday and dispatched Thursday to arrive at the customer the next day.

5. Are your meals fresh or frozen?

All our meals are freshly prepared and delivered chilled to preserve their quality. You can enjoy them immediately or refrigerate them for later.

6. How long do the meals last?

Our meals stay fresh for up to 4-5 days in the fridge. Each package includes a use-by date for your convenience. You can also freeze these as they freeze very well and have them as a back up plan. 

7. What if I have allergies or intolerances?

We clearly label all allergens in our meals. Please review the ingredient list carefully or contact us if you have specific concerns about allergies or intolerances.

8. How do I place an order?

Simply visit our website, browse our meal options and place your order. Choose your preferred delivery date and we’ll take care of the rest!
